In accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and FAR 8.405-6(b)(1), the Virginia Air National Guard intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis using simplified acquisition procedures to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office, 39 Catoctin Cir SE, Le esburg, VA 20175-3600. The Virginia Air National Guard intends to obtain police protection/security services for the Senior Leadership Summit held in Leesburg from 12-17 Nov 2007. The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office has jurisdiction in this area where th e conference will be held and has the authority to apprehend, arrest, and detain if required.
