Full Description

In accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and FAR 8.405-6(b)(1), the Virginia Air National Guard intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis using simplified acquisition procedures to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office, 39 Catoctin Cir SE, Le esburg, VA 20175-3600. The Virginia Air National Guard intends to obtain police protection/security services for the Senior Leadership Summit held in Leesburg from 12-17 Nov 2007. The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office has jurisdiction in this area where th e conference will be held and has the authority to apprehend, arrest, and detain if required. The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office is the only Loudoun County law enforcement agency. The NAICS code for this requirement is 922120. There is no size standard for this NAICS subsector. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirement in writing to the contracting officer. Responses to this notice may be submitted by email and must be submitted no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on Thursday, 1 November 2007.
