Full Description

This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source contract IAW FAR 13.106-1(b). The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) intends to procure maintenance and repair services for a Gerber Paragon LX Cutter to support Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA), located in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. This acquisition will be solicited on a sole source basis to Gerber Technology, LLC who are approved and authorized to provide service support as parts and software are proprietary. The proposed resulting contract will be firm fixed price for one base year and three option years. ACC-RI intends to issue a request for quote to Gerber Technology, LLC. Responsible sources, who can verify appropriate approval and authorization to provide this service support, may submit a response for consideration.
