Full Description
The 171st Air Refualing Wing, Pennsylvania Air National Guard intends to award a single source purchase order under the authority of RFO 12.102(a),only one source is available. The requirement is for the purchase and installation of Advantor 6.2 secuirty system. The transition to Advantor 6.2 is a mandated end-of-life status of the ASN 5.0 and the requirement for a secure, Windows 10-compliant operating environment. This upgrade enhances situational awareness for the Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC) and will ensure compatibility with current AIR Force Life Cycle Management Center.
A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement or to proceed with a sole source procurement.
If no responsible, responsive offers are received by the above date, a sole source contract will be pursued with ADVANTOR SYSTEMS CORPORATION under the authority of RFO 12.102(a)
