--NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE

The Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center at Fort Gordon, Georgia, requires assorted sizes of the Pressure Wire Certus, a guidewire-mounted pressure sensor featuring a sterile, low friction coating, to be used with the RADI Analyzer X System in their Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory. The Government intends to award this contract as a sole source purchase order, specifically to RADI Medical Systems, Inc., located in Wilmington, Massachusetts.
