Full Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD AS SOLE SOURCE The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), Product Manager for Supply and Maintenance Systems (PdM SMS), Quantico, VA intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, and FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting From a Single Source for Requirements Not Exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. Award is anticipated to be made on or about 31 July 2018 to Harris Corporation to procure a modified test capability for the Tactical Radio Intermediate Maintenance Activity Application Program Set (TRIAPS) AN/PRC-117G. The estimated contract value for this procurement is $2.4M. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a quotation and technical capabilities, which, if received within fifteen calendar days of publication of this notice, shall be considered by MCSC. All responses must be submitted to the Government point of contact at the email address shown below. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
