Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, Washington intends to award a firm fixed price modification no later than 1 October 2004 to CHG Companies, Inc. d/b/a Comphealth, Salt Lake City, UT under FAR 13.106-1 to provide an additional Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practioner at the Presidio of Monterey Army Health Clinic for a twelve month period. Currently one PA/NP is on contract DADA13-01-C-0007, which is in its last option period through 30 September 2005. This notice is not a request for competitive pro posals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract modification based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the p urpose of determining whether to condut a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
