(the “Service Provider”) for the following: Matsqui Dike Sinkhole Remediation Phase 2 – Engineering Consulting ServicesBackgroundThe City published RFP 1220-2021-2673 and RFP 1220-2021-2673A. As the City did not receive any acceptable submissions, the contract was direct awarded to Onsite Engineering Ltd. in the amount of $154,366.00 CAD plus applicable taxes. A second phase was required to determine if any sinkhole/voids were remaining under the Matsqui Pump Station flood boxes.Previous Notice of Intent to Award a ContractThe City issued one (1) Notice of Intent as follows:The City issued a Notice of Intent to Direct Award – NOI No.: 1220-2024-3172 Matsui Dike Sinkhole Remediation Phase2 on October 1, 2024; closed unchallenged.
