Full Description

Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a sole source cost-plus-fixed-fee contract modification to increase the ceiling for Multiple Award Contract (MAC) awarded to Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), N66001-17-D-0003, Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH), N66001-17-D-0004, Engility, N66001-17-D-0005, and King Technologies, N66001-17-D-0032. This contract provides In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) support, Technical and Tier 4 Assistance, engineering, design solutions, accreditation, integration, production, sustainment, LCS and upgrade support for Non-Integrated Shore systems, network components and network service solutions. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541330. The current contract expires on 27 May 2022 and the follow-on competitive source selection is currently in progress. The contract action will increase the MAC ceiling by a not-to-exceed amount of $5,000,000. The period of performance will not be extended as a result of this action, as this additional ceiling is only intended to meet the immediate and urgent requirements of the fleet until such time that the follow-on contract can be awarded. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only the above mentioned source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The J&A for this action will be posted in accordance with FAR 6.305. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach.
