Department of Defense Education Activity � Pacific, Procurement Division (DPPO) intends to issue a HUBZone sole source award for Guam Custodial Services. Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA), Domestic Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) � Guam District requires custodial services in support of the DDESS/Guam responsibilities for maintaining a sanitary, healthy, and safe facility for the District Superintendent�s Office (DSO) and four schools located in Guam for the period of 1 January 2016 through 30 June 2016. The current contract ends 31 December 2015. The follow-on contract for services to commence 1 July 2016 will be awarded to under the AbilityOne Program. Due to delays in the acquisition process, it is anticipated that the follow-on contract will not be executed timely to avoid a lapse in service. The requirement has not yet been approved to be added to the Procurement List. A six-month contract is in the best interest of the Government to allow the additional time required for Commission approval and final notice period. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 -- Janitorial Services which has a size standard of $18M. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement. Any interested party that believes they can fulfill this requirement by 1 January 2016 should submit a capability statement to be reviewed. All submissions will be considered, however there is no guarantee that submissions in response to this notice will in any way alter the Government's acquisition strategy.
