Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition The United States Government intends to extend the lease term using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in Jamestown, New York at the Chautauqua/Jamestown Airport. The Government requires 434 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 434 ANSI/BOMA office area and 0 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
