Full Description

The U. S. Government intends to award a Lease using other than full and open competition for a new Lease for the U. S. Customs and Border Protection at the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport, St. Croix, USVI. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 7,710 ANSI/BOMA office area and 12 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on the airport property, be continguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
