The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) currently occupies 5,503 usable square feet (USF) of office and related space located at 1005 Capability Drive, Raleigh, NC 27606. NOAA plans to negotiate a succeeding lease at this location; the lease requirements for amount and type of space are the same as those in the current lease. NOAA will consider alternative space only if economically advantageous. Offered space shall not be on more than one floor and must be contiguous. As part of its financial evaluation and analysis the Government will include move and replication costs not limited to; physical moving costs and labor hours, site preparation and other improvements to meet the National Weather Service programmatic requirements and other related costs.
