A Sole Source Procurement Contract
Notice is hereby given that the Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet) intends to modify a contract with Chargepoint Inc. for Annual Monitoring License Fee for Battery Electric Buses and Chargers Services, which are being purchased on a sole-source basis, as allowed under the TriMet Contract Review Board Rules.
