Non-Revenue Vehicle (NRV) Collison Repair Services

TriMet seeks quotes from qualified vendors to provide non-revenue vehichle (NRV) collision repair services, as specified in this Request for Quotations. Quotations are to be submitted using TriMet’s Quote Forms (Section 1), and uploaded via its eProcurement System (TriP$, powered by Bid Locker). All Quote Forms must be submitted via upload into TriP$; emailed offers directly to TriMet’s Contract Administrator are not allowed and will not be accepted. Offers not uploaded into TriP$ may be deemed non-responsive, and rejected. Quotes must be received no later than September 24, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. (Local Time). Quotes are not publicly opened.
A non-mandatory Pre-Quote Meeting to inspect the truck will be held on September 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (Local Time), at the Ruby Junction Facility located at 2222 NW Eleven Mile Ave, Gresham, OR 97030.  Interested offers are strongly encouraged to attend and will have the opportunity to review the truck and ask questions.
Offerors must register on TriMet’s eProcurement System (TriP$) at https://bidlocker.us/a/trimet. In the event solicitation addenda are issued only registered Offerors will be notified via email of the availability of addenda for download. Acknowledgement of addenda will be required.
Section 2 of this RFQ (Scope of Work) outlines the goods and/or services which will be required under the resulting Contract. TriMet shall award a Contract to the responsive and responsible Offeror with the lowest price for the goods and/or services required.
