Full Description

This is a notice of intent to negotiate and award an open market purchase order to Concur Technologies, Inc., 18400 NE Union Hill, Redmond, WA 98052 on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). NRC is currently transitioning from the ETS system to the new E-Gov Travel Service 2 (ETS2) system. The purpose of the proposed procurement is for Concur to complete the building and hosting of a static data warehouse of historical production data from the NRC's E-Gov Travel Service (ETS) implementation. Concur has already completed most (80%) of that work under Contract No. GS-33F-Y0026, Task Order No. NRC-HQ-13-T-09-0001. Without the completion of the requirements by Concur Technologies, Inc., there would be significant delays in NRC's completion of its transition to ETS2, and NRC needs to issue a new purchase order to complete that work. Also, there would be significant costs associated with bringing in a new contractor to learn NRC's requirements and then complete the work that Concur has invested significant resources to complete. Therefore, Concur is the only reasonably available source to complete the NRC's requirements.
