The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is soliciting proposals for the procurement of one heavy-duty asphalt windrow elevator designed for high-production road paving. The equipment must be compatible with a Dynapac paver D30T and feature a front dolly wheel system to distribute weight, maintain consistent rolling elevation, and attach directly to the paving tractor to prevent material segregation. Proposals are due by 4:00 PM CDT on November 6, 2026, and must be submitted both electronically in PDF and Excel formats and as two bound hard copies.
