Full Description

The 11th Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Andrews NAF, MD, intends to exercise the current option period (8 Jun 2012 - 7 Jun 2013) and two remaining option years (8 Jun 2013 - 7 Jun 2015) with ADB Airfield Solutions LLC, 977 Gahanna Parkway, Columbus OH 43230, for annual inspections and preventative maintenance on the airfield lighting control computer system at Joint Base Andrews Naval Air Facility (JBANAFW). The 11th Contracting Squadron awarded Purchase Order# FA2860-11-P-0093 using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to the authority of FAR 6.302-1 on a firm-fixed price basis. The base period was previously synopsized on 2 May 2011. This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to award to only one source. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether competitive procurement actions are possible for future acquisitions. Any responses to this notice of contract action shall be submitted to Vincent L Johnson, vincent.johnson@afncr.af.mil no later than 4:00 PM EDT on Thursday, 7 June 2012.
