This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award Sole Source to Qwest Government Services, 1801 California St, 7th Floor, Denver, CO 80202. This sole source is in accordance with authority citations 10 USC 2304(c) (1), 41 USC 253(c) (1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1(a)(1). Qwest Government Services is considered the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Unique supplies or services available from only one source or only one supplier with unique capabilities. The required product is to provide maintenance to existing PlantCML 9-1-1 equipment. This service will be provided to 460 SCS, Buckley AFB, CO. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE.
