The U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Knox, 199 6th Avenue, Suite 250, Fort Knox, KY 40121, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to BE-NK D/B/A Nimlok Kentucky, (UEI: WHMLCKMT3VQ8 | CAGE Code: 9CCT2), located at 105 Lindleigh Dr., Nicholasville, KY 40356-7505 with a mailing address of 2505 Technology Dr., Louisville, KY 40299.


The procurement is for the creation, construction, and initial setup/teardown training of a 60'x90' replacement modular exhibit display. The new display must be fully interchangeable with the current system originally built by Concepts Display d/b/a NIMLOK. The system shall be completed no later than 02 September 2026. Initial training shall be provided at Fort Knox, KY from 08 September to 11 September 2026.


This action is being conducted under FAR Part 12 (DFARS CD 2026-O00028), Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is simplified acquisition procedures for commercial products and commercial services, Title 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by FAR 12.102(a) (DFARS CD 2026-O0028), only one source is available valued at or below the simplified acquisition threshold.


This is not a request for competitive offers, quotes, or capability statements. No solicitation will be posted as a result of this notice. This notice complies with FAR 5.101 (DFARS CD 2026-O0003), Presolicitation notice.


However, interested parties may submit capability statements demonstrating their ability to meet this requirement within the required timeframe. All capability statements must be received no later than June 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.
