1. Description of Action


The 434th Contracting Flight at Grissom ARB, IN, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Howard Day and Associates, 5334 NAVARRO ST, HOUSTON, TX 77056 for the procurement and support of the ALRS system.


The authority permitting this sole-source acquisition is FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services utilizing simplified procedures in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) framework.
