Mission and Installation Command of Fort Bliss, TX intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to Bike Track, Inc. for the purchase of PN: BTS-ICMS, modular flooring for DRASH shelters, 48 x 42 x2 sheets QTY- 368 each with integrated cable management, sand, color; NSN: 5680-01-553-87454. Bike Track, INC is the sole provider of these items with a protected US registered patent. The proposed acquisition will result in a firm fixed price contract. The delivery location is Ft. Bliss, TX 79918 and the proposed terms are FOB Destination. This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for quotations.
