NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The Small Business Administration (SBA) intends to make a sole source award to Bulletin Intelligence (Cision) for Daily News Briefing Service of national and local media coverage focusing on SBA work and other topical areas of interest selected by SBA. This service shall allow personnel to have better situational awareness, as well as better support both proactive and reactive public communications strategies. The news briefing shall be provided to SBA each day by 7 a.m. ET electronically and shall contain a topical index, summaries of stories, and links to media coverage. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or changes by the Government will arise as a result of contractor submissions of responses to this announcement or the Government use of such information. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. Those capable of meeting the requirement IAW the SOW are requested to provide the following information in their response: 1) Current capability that demonstrates your company's ability to meet the above requirement, 2) Company name, point of contact, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers, type of business and size, Cage Code and DUNS number. Information submitted will not be returned to the respective respondents. If no responsible, offers are received by the due date listed below, a sole source contract will be issued to Bulletin Intelligence under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b).
