NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE:


The 437th Maintenance Squadron (437 MXS) at Joint Base Graham, South Carolina intends to award a sole source purchase order to Fourshare LLC [CAGE Code 9ZJ35), 6645 HOLDER RD CLEMMONS, NC 27012]. Fourshare LLC will be able to provide two hundred and seventy (270) M548 Chaff and Flare Inserts (Part Number: XP202303016-01) manufactured using specialized electrically conductive/anti-static polymer (Avient Stat-Tech AS-1000 AS Black) to meet strict electrostatic discharge (ESD) safety thresholds and exact physical flight configurations.


This purchase will be made under Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services IAW RFO 12.102(a) and Other Than Full and Open Competition, as authorized by RFO Part 6.103-1. The anticipated award date is 31 August 2026. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals.
