This procurement is for the hardware warranty and software support services where CRFS, Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the hardware. APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY: This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2): Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
