The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Loan Programs (DAFLP) hereby issues this Notice of Intent to award a sole-source, Firm-Fixed-Price contract/purchase order. The Government intends to negotiate exclusively with the vendor identified to secure integrated hotel lodging rooms and compliant training facility spaces.
This acquisition is being conducted as a sole-source action under the simplified procedures for commercial products and services in accordance with FAR Part 12. Under the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul, commercial publicizing and simplified streamlined procedures are fully managed under FAR 12.201-1.
