Notice of Intent to Sole Source - IPRO Tech, LLC The Department of Labor (DOL), Office of Assistant Secretary of Administration and Management (OASAM), intends to award on a sole source basis with IPRO Tech, LLC, under the authority of FAR 13.106?1(b)(1)(i) - Soliciting from a Single Source. DOL Office of the Solicitor (SOL) currently uses a TrialDirector software version that will no longer be supported by the manufacturer and must be upgraded to the newest version. As such, SOL conducted market research to identify another vendor capable of meeting this need at a fair and reasonable price. IPRO Tech, LLC is the only manufacturer able to provide the software upgrade that meets the requirements by SOL. This vendor is the only vendor able to meet the Government's need at a price representing the best value to the government. This action will result in a firm fixed price contract. The period of performance will commence on or about September 30, 2022. The NAICS code for this requirement is 511210 - Software Publishers with a size standard of $41.5 million. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFQ will be available for competitive proposals.
