This is a notice of intent for sole source:


In accordance with RFO FAR 5.101, this is a notification of a proposed sole-source contract action to DW OMAHA SUB LLC (DBA Doubletree by Hilton Omaha Downtown UEI: CZ52NB5AN7H6 and CAGE code: 1S1Y5). Washington Headquarter Services (WHS) intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis under the authority of RFO FAR 12.102(a) to DW Omaha Sub LLC. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) – only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The event will last for three days from Wednesday August 5 2026 to Friday August 7 2026. Due to being located within 5 miles of Omaha NE and having meeting rooms available for the event, it was determined that DW Omaha Sub LLC. would be best to fulfill the requirement.


All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Interested vendors may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact no later than (NLT) 1:00PM ET on Friday July 31st, 2026.


A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The notice of intent is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
