This is a sole source requirement in accordance with authority citation, FAR Part 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. For this requirement, Amazona's General Contractor B.V. is considered the only responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy U.S. Consulate General Curacao requirements.
