Notice of Intent to award as a sole source requirement to RDO Equipment Co. (5051 South Outlet Center Drive Tucson, AZ 85706) to repair a 2015 John Deere Motor Grader due to rollover accident damage. Successful contractor is required to be a John Deere factory authorized motor grader dealer/repairer for the purpose of preserving full warranty validity and provisions. This proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by Monday, April 24, 2017 at 9:00am Arizona time. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
