The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) on behalf of the Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Cyber Crimes Center (C3) intends to solicit from a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) to North Star Imaging Inc. in Rogers, MN for imaging software maintenance and training.
