Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source for Polygraph Equipment Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA), The National Center for Credibility Assessment (NCCA) intends to sole source a firm-fixed-price purchase order to Lafayette Instrument Company LLC for LX6-S 10-Channel USB Win Polygraph System.
