Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source for Polygraph Equipment Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA), The National Center for Credibility Assessment (NCCA) intends to sole source a firm-fixed-price purchase order to Lafayette Instrument Company LLC for LX6-S 10-Channel USB Win Polygraph System. The NAICS code is 334519 � Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing. The PSC assigned to this requirement is 6635 � Physical Properties Testing and Inspection. This contract action is for items for which the Government intends to solicit from only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a Single Source. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written responses are received by 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on April 24, 2025, award will be made without further notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
