The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, hereby gives notice of their intent to award a contract to CCH Incorporated, a subsidiary of Wolters Kluwer Company, 2700 Lake Cook Road, Riverwoods, IL 60015 on a sole source basis utilizing FAR 13.5, Simplified Acquisition for Certain Commercial Items, procedures in accordance with 41 USC 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement is for Cheetah Banking and Consumer Finance Law Subscription--unlimited online access to the Cheetah platform. The Cheetah platform is trademarked only by CCH Incorporated. Period of Performance: 1/1/2020 - 12/31/2020 This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider responses from all responsible sources received within three days of this notice. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice. Any responses received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in lieu of the sole source described in this notice, and such determination shall be made at the sole discretion of the OCC.
