The Department of Labor, Office of the Senior Procurement Executive on behalf of the Mine and Safety Health Administration (MSHA) intends to negotiate and award a Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order to SKC, Inc. 863 Valley View Road, Eighty Four, PA 15330 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). SKC, Inc. will provide Chek-Mate Calibrators, SKC supplies and personal detectors. SKC, Inc. is the sole manufacturer and distributor of Chek-Mate Calibrators and associated supplies. The NAICS code for this requirement is 334519 Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing with a size standard of 500 employees. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source purchase order is NOT a request for competitive quotations. THERE WILL BE NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.
