Notice of intent to Sole Source

The Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific plans to award a sole source, cost-plus-fixed-fee task order under contract N6600119D0059 to G2 Software Systems for the development of Model Based Systems Engineering products. These products will support the documentation of cyber security enclaves being implemented on the new Guided Missile Frigate Constellation Class (FFG-62 Class) platform. The task order falls under the NAICS code 541330 and is initially set to expire on March 30, 2024. The total period of performance will be three years, including a one-year base period and two one-year option periods. This sole source award is justified under statutory and regulatory authority based on G2 Software Systems being uniquely qualified to provide these specialized services at the required quality level. The government will only negotiate with G2 Software Systems under the Fair Opportunity Exception, with the intent of posting the notice in compliance with relevant federal acquisition regulations. This notice is not a solicitation for competitive proposals and does not limit the government’s acquisition approach. Interested parties are invited to submit capability statements, questions, or comments via email to the designated contract specialist, Paul Toledo, by February 1, 2024. Vendors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management with valid Unique Entity IDs and CAGE codes to be considered. The contracting office is located in San Diego, California.
