This synopsis shall serve as the Executive Office of the President (EOP), Office of Science and Technology Policy's (OSTP) notice of intent to issue a sole source Purchase Order to The Bureau of National Affairs, Inc. for an online subscription to Bloomberg Government (BGOV). The period of performance is a 12-month base plus four (4), twelve-month option years. This is a sole source procurement in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and FAR subpart 6.3 - Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services. This notice is valid until September 23, 2022. This is a notice of the intent to award a sole source contract. It is published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals. Therefore, no solicitation document exists for this requirement. No responses to the notice of intent to sole source are anticipated.
