This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for request for offers. Other vendors who believe they can meet the requirement may provide written notification to the contracting office by 1:00pm October 31, 2014. Support evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability of the vendor to supply services that will meet the requirement in a satisfactory manner. Vendor must also provide reference and show competition would be advantageous to the Government.
