Notice of Proposed Procurement to announce the Request for Proposal for CMHC under Supply Arrangement (SA) EN578-26-0567 for IT/IM Research and Advisory Services.
Suppliers qualified under PSPC SA EN578-26-0567 are eligible to submit Offers.
The selected Offeror(s) will provide research and advisory services to enable CMHC’s Chief Information Officer (CIO) Community and other clients within CMHC in enhancing decision-making capabilities, operational strategies, and project implementations for the following Deliverables
Deliverable 1: IM/IT Research Library Access – All Tiers
Deliverable 2: Document/Artefact Review, Vetting, and Advice - All Tiers
Deliverable 3: Contractor Resource Q&As Support – All Tiers
The work will involve delivering analysis and consultations, addressing the distinct needs of
- Executives (Tier 1),
- Middle management (Tier 2), and
- Operational teams (Tier 3).
