Notice of Professional Services FY 27

The County of Kaua‘i is soliciting statements of qualifications and expressions of interest from qualified professionals for the provision of services during fiscal year 2026–2027, in accordance with HRS 103D-304 governing the procurement of professional services. Interested parties must submit their materials by the deadline of 3:00 P.M. Hawaii Standard Time on July 27, 2026, with all risks associated with late delivery borne by the sender. All consultant services awarded under this solicitation must adhere to the General Terms and Conditions for Professional Services established in November 2017.
