Award Synopsis - Procurement of BlueCherry NEXTTM Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Software Subscription. The Marine Corps Systems Command, Program Manager Infantry Weapons, negotiated on a sole-source basis the firm-fixed price bridge purchase order M67854-22-P-1045 with Computer Generated Solutions, Inc. (CGS), with address at 200 Vesey, Brookfield Place; 27th floor New York, NY 10281 (CAGE Code 1L5E8). CGS is currently providing a BlueCherry NEXTTM PLM software subscription for beta testing under contract M67854-21-P-1920. CGS BlueCherry NEXTTM PLM is a proprietary, cloud-hosted, Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program certified, Capability Maturity Model Integration level 2 certified, low-code no-code platform, with a search-based design. This software subscription provides a single, cloud-based integrated support system, capable of automating processes across functional areas, incorporating technological advancements in product development, and providing for the management of product information of clothing and textile items. The awarded bridge contract action includes the continuation and maintenance of the base software subscription license and 10 user licenses, the procurement of 20 additional licenses, maintenance and expansion of cloud hosting across the period of performance, and administrative and technical support required for operation. This procurement will also facilitate the continued configuration needed to build out system modules, to fully determine the additional requirements and scope for maximum benefit for clothing and uniform items, needed prior to issuance of a long-term contract. The bridge contract covers a base period of performance of six months, with two six-month options. If the options are exercised, the total period of performance will be 18 months (20 Sept 2022 - 20 Mar 2024). The bridge contract was awarded with the base period of performance, and the first option exercised, for a total of 12 months (20 Sept 2022 - 20 Sept 2023).
