The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a fixed-price purchase order on a single source basis to Structure Retail Products Ltd. for enterprise-wide subscription to the Structured Retail Products website. The SEC requires subscription to the website for analysis and reporting on the specialty industry of Structured Retail Products. These publications are under copyright; therefore, the contracting officer has determined that Structured Retail Products is the only source that can reasonably meet the SEC's requirement in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b).
