Full Description

It is the intent of this solicitation to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA's) to firms in response to this RFQ. Each firm that is awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will be provided an opportunity to compete for orders. Orders may be placed via electronic methods, mail or facimilie. Each order shall specify billing, invoicing and payment requirements as well as applicable specifications (including maps and locations) for treatment methods as identified in the schedule. The Government my request Contractors to provide alternative/specific capabilities, such as: Broadcast Spray, Truck Mounted Spray units, etc. The intent is to remain in compliance with the district Environmental Assessment (EA) Plan, which may require non broadcast applications, or slight variations of application as needed. Contractor shall furnish all materials, chemicals, equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to safely apply herbicides in accordance with the Contract specifications, terms, conditions specified on the herbicide label(s), and State of Washington rules and regulations. The Contractor shall furnish the herbicide and adjuvants.
