NPP - A.6 Programmer/Software Developer (Level 3)

Environment and Climate Change Canada is seeking five Level 3 Programmer/Software Developers under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement EN578-170432 to deliver Power Apps solutions that support multiple business units through standardized Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, aligned with legislated priorities. The work is scoped under Stream 1: Application Services and will be performed on an as-needed basis via task authorizations, primarily supporting the Digital Services Branch in advancing Dynamics CRM and other digital initiatives including Gavia product management and the Enterprise Management System for Grants and Contributions. The requirement is exclusively open to qualified TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who have met Tier 1 eligibility criteria within the National Capital Region for the A.6 Programmer/Software Developer category, and bidders are not required to possess security clearance at the time of submission, though compliance with the Security Requirements Check List is mandatory post-award. The contract period spans two years from award, with an estimated total effort of 1,100 days based on 220 days per resource annually. All work must be performed in the National Capital Region, and proposals must be submitted in either official language.
