AMENDMENT 001:
THE PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT 001 IS TO EXTEND THE BID CLOSING DATE UNTIL MAY 14, 2024. AT 2:00 P.M. EDT.
Description of Requirement:
This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Canadian Heritage (PCH) (the "Client") for Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply. The objective is to secure resources that are fully versed in SAP best practices for various technologies such as SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP Solution Manager, SAP ABAP, WebDynpro, to support the maintenance and configuration of improvements to the actual SAP STAR solution, implement key Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes, S/4HANA roadmap, onboarding of new Departments, Agencies or crown corporations to the existing and future solution.
Duration of Contract:
It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract, valid from the date of Contract award until May 31, 2025, plus three (3) one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.
