Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, therefore, please do not submit requests. The only approved source for this item is Sikorsky, Cage: 78286. This is an ARMY IDENTIFIED CRITICAL SAFETY ITEM; Contractor First Article Testing. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, who will like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-fixed price contract. The requirement is for 288 each, Susquehanna, PA (line 0001); FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 190 days ARO. ABVS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. This is a letter Request for Proposal (RFP) IAW Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA).
