This project will systematically overhaul the central components of the treatment plant to ensure adequacy and resiliency to operations for the foreseeable future. Specifically, the scope of work will include: 1) cleaning and coating system overhaul for all basins and oil water separators, 2) replacement of pumps, piping, and controls for primary pump station, 3) valve and vault overhaul for holding tanks and reactor basins, 4) replacement of aeration system components including blowers, controls, and piping system, 5) spall and crack repair to basins and concrete structures, 6) installation of new chemical feed systems, 7) replacement of catwalks and accesses, 8) replacement of control and power conduits throughout the facility, 9) overhaul of PLC and SCADA control system, 10) replacement of decant arms in each reactor basin, 11) overhaul of facility compressor system and desiccant dryers, and 12) installation of new backup power generator.
