Notice of Intent to award sole source - Compact Robotic Prescription Dispensing System - Tsaile Health Center
Solicitation # THC_0001_2026
The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Tsaile Health Center, intends to award a non-competitive, sole source purchase order to ScriptPro USA, Inc. for a Compact Robotic Prescription Dispensing System. This procurement, identified by solicitation number THC_0001_2026, is designated under NAICS code 339112. The anticipated period of performance runs from January 1, 2026, to December 11, 2026, with three one-year option periods. Key technical requirements include a direct interface with RPMS and VistA, barcode scanning for drug verification, and compliance with Revised Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 Level AA standards. The contractor is responsible for providing 24/7 support and ensuring the system handles multiple vial sizes while preventing cross-contamination. Invoices for these monthly services must be submitted via www.ipp.gov.
