Delivery is required within 20 days after order placement to USS THEODORE ROOSEVELT CVN 71 at FPO AP 96632 under FOB destination terms, with the contractor bearing all transportation costs. Packaging and marking must strictly adhere to MIL-STD-2073-1E, MIL-STD-129, and ASTM D3951, including mandatory 2D Data Matrix barcodes on all containers and compliance with DLA Packaging Requirements (RP001). Mercury and mercury compounds are strictly prohibited in packaging, preservation, or direct contact with the hardware, except for functional uses in batteries, fluorescent lights, instruments, sensors, controls, weapon systems, or NAVSEA-specified chemical reagents, which must be shock-proof and enclosed with a secondary containment barrier per NAVSEA 5100-003D. Inspection and acceptance occur at destination, with sampling conducted per MIL-STD-1916 or a zero-based plan; critical, major, and minor attributes are assigned verification levels VII, IV, and II with corresponding AQLs of 0.1, 1.0, and 4.0.
