The contract is for 47 self-locking extended nuts identified by NSN 5310-01-055-3855, procured under solicitation SPE4A6-26-T-40U1 by the Department of Defense’s ASC Commodities Division. Delivery is required within 69 days of award, with performance located at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma. The item is classified as a commercial item and must conform to the current revision of its governing part standard, whether military or consensus non-government standard; prior revisions are acceptable for hardware manufactured before the solicitation date, but all new production must meet the latest version. Inspection and acceptance occur at the supplier’s origin, with sampling governed by MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 Table 1, or an equivalent zero-based plan. Critical, major, and minor attributes must be verified at levels VII, IV, and II respectively, or with AQLs of 0.1, 1.0, and 4.0, while unspecified attributes are considered major. Zero non-conformances are required unless otherwise stated. The contract imposes stringent quality and documentation requirements. A Certificate of Quality Compliance is mandatory, and all applicable Contract Data Requirements Lists and DD Form 1423s must be fulfilled as referenced in the Technical Data Package. Supply chain traceability documentation must be retained by the contractor per DLA Directive Procurement Note C03 (August 2016).
