NWC’s Leadership Group will be moving to Luce 2nd Floor in the Summer 2024. The space was renovated in 2010 and is in need of aesthetic updates. Scope of work is as follows: -New broadloom carpeting throughout hallway and office spaces -Refinish hardwood stairs from 1st to 3rd floor -Refinish wood work in corridor and offices to include door trim -Refinish wood paneling in office #215 -Replace vinyl tile in male and female bathrooms -Repair/Repaint or replace window sills. -Remove corkboards, repair walls, and repaint -Remove wallpaper & refinish walls in Naval Command College Wardroom (future PNWC Conf Room) -Finish upgrades in future PNWC private restroom. -Create Secure Telecommunications Space -Perform minor repairs on existing to remain internal chimneys
