Solicitation SPE7L1-27-T-3799 is a small business set-aside procurement issued by the DLA Weapons Support Land Supply Chain for 358 O-rings under NSN 5331-00-618-1664. The contract is a fixed-price acquisition with a delivery requirement of 168 days after order, specifying a need ship date of May 4, 2027, and a final delivery date of May 8, 2027. Delivery is FOB Origin to the DLA Distribution New Cumberland facility in Pennsylvania. The items must be free of asbestos and manufactured according to the current revision of the applicable military or consensus non-government part standards. Quality assurance is governed by a zero-based sampling plan, utilizing MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331, with specific AQL levels for critical, major, and minor attributes. Due to UV sensitivity, the O-rings must be sealed in medium duty, waterproof, greaseproof, opaque bags per MIL-DTL-117. The items carry a non-extendable shelf life of 180 months, requiring a minimum of 85% remaining shelf life upon government receipt.
